Unreal 3 Engine Appreciation Thread

I can't say I have much appreciation for it when it looks like http://i6.tinypic.com/6t1ceh0.jpg << that on a GF7600.

That looks worse than Enemy Territory did on my old GF4.

the unreal engine it's a great step forward and will grow with age

I am not a fan of all the shader effects in Bioshock/UT3. I much prefer visuals like that in HL2/UT2004 where it's all about crisp visuals, rather than bloomy, plasticy shaders.
