No. Stalker 2 is not the first Unreal Engine 5 game, actually it will be second Unreal Engine 5 game.

Fortnite Chapter 3 released on 5 December 2021 was the first Unreal Engine 5 game.

Not available on pc, despite being made on pc.

I'm betting they have it on console first for a fair few months because they can tailor the experience completely around the hardware, We all know if this was available right now you'd be seeing people in YouTube comment sections and on various social media sites whining that their potato rig can't run it and the ever repeating phrase of "iT's uNoPtImIsEd".

Still can't believe epic haven't addressed shader compliation stutter in unreal engine. I've avoided this engine as much as possible on PC over the last decade, stutter ruins games for me.
