Can't find a working link that doesn't require registration...

It isn't essential though, v436 which is the same as the GOTY release is what most servers still use. In fact if the server uses UTPure, you might even get kicked for using the 451 patch.

Instagib has to be the best map name ever

Dusted my old copy off and reinstalled it but it wont do updates like it used to !? and i get Z planing? on modern card but it's playable.

Click on Multiplayer - Open Location then paste unreal://85.236.100.140:8277 into the box and click OK. That should connect you.

Favourite weapon by pro players is the shock rifle, fire the ball, shoot it and if you shoot it at the perfect moment, the enemy dies. It's amazing how accurate they get it, whilst double strafing and jumping about, properly jaw dropping.

451 is intended for servers. Stick with 436 if you are only planning on playing.

also lists a lot of what the settings are for ini, 2 useful ones are:

FrameRateLimit= is helpful if you are getting too many fps and its not stable.
SwapInterval= for vysnc

a few of us still play Unreal Tournament 3, occasionally go back on to 2004 but not much any more.

the game is rediculously fast paced compared to modern day FPS.

I had a quick go of Unreal Tournament (original goty) last night.

I'm really surprised at the amount of servers that still run for this game, I forgot how fun DM-Redeemer-SniperHeaven can be with a busy server
