UPGRADE FOR LEAGUE OF LEGEND

Hi people, I want a pc that can handle league of legends in steady fps here are my specs ATI Radeon HD 5400 series and Intel core i5 2500k and motherboard Gigabyte technology z68a-D3-B3 and 1x 8gb ram. I don't get good fps at medium settings i just want good fps what do i upgrade in a budget.

if a really tight budget, graphics card and RAM, maybe a s/hand i7 2700k if you can find one. LoL doesn't seem to demand too much and from it's "optimal" specs looks like a better graphics card is all that's under-specced already.
