Upgrade or not?

Mainly for gaming but sometimes do Graphics design

ahh well keep one for gaming and one for apps, obviously if you got that 256gig SSD use that for games, if you do buy another SSD you may as well install your OS on one, i don't know how much space is needed for windows 8 but cant be that much ?

Honestly no you really want your games to be on the SSD if you don't mind waiting 30 seconds longer for your PC to boot up just stick your OS on your 1TB, i never turn my PC off i just put it to sleep, wakes up instantly.

I have all my games on my hdd now and have not noticed any difference in loading times, whatsoever.

I would stick your OS on the ssd and maybe a couple of your favourite games. You could also create a partition on the hdd and transfer all your user files and folders to free up more space on the ssd.

So I am assuming you're saying that the OS would easily cope with 120GB even with updates and such

Yes, Win8 only requires about 20GB for installation.

I have Win7 Ultimate 64bit(17GB) and all my software programmes and other bits and pieces and still have 40GB free space. As I said in my last post all my games are on the hdd, including steam, origin and u-play.
At the moment, I don`t see the need for a bigger ssd. May do in the future, when the price is right, but for now what I have suits my needs.

Well this is what I mean as my Steam games are 39GB and EA games are 28GB and it will surely grow in the coming months. I'm not too bothered of having my software on the SSD as haven't got anything major at the moment until I install my Autodesk gear, but just wanted to make sure that the OS would be fine on the SSD.

The OS will be fine. I have my win8 install, plus some key applications on my 120GB drive, and then I use Steam mover to put my most played games on either that or my overflow 60GB drive, with the remainder on a big mech drive (400GB of steam games!). That way you don't need to download any games, but you only need to use your precious SSD space for the games that need it.

You`ll be fine. All my games total just under 900GBs and all backed up on another hdd.

Tbh, your system as it is, looks pretty good. I would leave it as it is if it does what you require and you are happy with it.
The only upgrades I have done recently, is a new cooler and a new case. Everything else is perfect for my needs.

I have been mainly toying with the idea with a new case but mainly on looks only which is the HAF X nvidia edition even though i know its not necessary. Would you say my cooler was fine as someone else mentioned about changing it?

There is nothing wrong with your cooler. I had the CoolerMaster Hyper 212+ and upgraded to the 612S when I got the P280. It is definitely cooler but then I have more fans in the P280.
What sort of temps are you getting?

I would stick with what you have. The next upgrade for me will be to sell my sli 560`s and get a better single card, probably a 670. As 1gb vram is`nt going to cut it for to much longer. So perhaps in a few months time, I will upgrade.
