If you are going Intel (Not going to get into the AMD vs Intel argument) I would go with a Gigabyte Z390 Aorus board such as the Ultra or Master. They have far better VRM's than Asus at the same price point. You get better warranty support as well and a forum rep.

For the gpu if going with a 2070 Super I would take the Gigabyte Gaming OC as you get a 4 year warranty when registered online.

What is the max Ram speed you can put in them boards as the one I posted above can put 3866 MHz

I don't know about the max speed but gigabyte's website says support for 4400MHz for the Ultra and Master.
