Hi,

I'm thinking of getting a new graphics card (MSI GeForce GTX 970) and I just want to make sure it'll work with the I bought, the current hardware is:

XIGMATEK TAURO 700W Power Supply
Gigabyte 78LMT-USB3 Motherboard & Drivers
2GB ATI Radeon HD 7850 Graphics Card
16GB DDR3 RAM
FX 4300 Fast Quad Core Piledriver Processor

If not, what would I need to change?

Sorry if anything is missing, thanks in advance

You will need a better CPU for starters. Who called the FX 4300 a fast quad core CPU? have you had your pants down by one of those tedious little companies who sell utter tat and attach words like "FAST ZOMG TURBO INNIT" to rubbish products to make them sound good, then charge a small fortune for said tat?

I *think* your motherboard will support a FX 8320E so I would start there. Make sure you check it first though.

There's nothing wrong with anything Xigmatek make. They're just not really marketed to us Brits they're more reserved for the German market.

I've used both their PSUS and their fans and they've been excellent.
