had a BTOpenreach engineer come out to me today. had issues with o2 over the weekend, so an appointment was made. 10/10 for O2 dealing with this. My line has been fixed and now is double what i was getting before... now i'm getting 11.2mbps.. woo hoo!!
there was a lot of interference on my line,, but the engineer tested afterwards and on one of the tests out of 100. my line scored 85.. that's the highest he has ever seen. !! woo hoo !!
