So two separate deliveries, one has sat in the same spot for 28 hours, the other was loaded on to the van and never delivered. Great service.

Just stumbled across this thread. Had the same issue today with UPS. Bloody useless. Day of work waiting for my 980 and they never turned up all day. Phoned up at half 7 and went ape****! Now being told I will be getting it tomorrow. Won't be holding my breath. Poor service and shocking company.

DPD have been very good for me mind you that is their next day service and even the Royal Mail manage to get their Special Delivery to arrive on time. Can't vouch for their other tarifs.

Ha, or MyHermes get your parcel tossed over a fence into the backyard or claim a £113 parcel has been delivered even when it hasn't, at least not to me.

According to RM tracking a 1st class parcel I was awaiting was supposed to be delivered tomorrow, it actually arrived a day early. Luckily there was someone around to collect it.
