just building a mini itx system (using a Lian Li Q07 case)

with it being such a small case things are a bit cramped in there
I've got a GT620 card in there and as the heatsink sticks out a fair bit it overlaps the hdd cage making it impossible to fit a 3.5" hdd there

If I mount the hdd (WD green) upside down it fits in fine

just want to know if running a hdd upside down is ok?

also there only about a 7mm gap between the top (was previously the underneath) of the hdd and the heatsink of the GT620, is that ok or with that effect the hdd in anyway??

thanks for any help

great that saves me having to go out and buy a 2.5" drive

is there any problem with the air coming down off the gt620 onto circuit board of the hdd?
should be ok shouldnt it?
