I'm hanging out with ackland mall security to see what's cracking up here. lights are all off so I expect to hear bad news. Not enough ap or I'd come down to help

Thanks mate, next skill I will be getting will be the ability to revive people to pay back all the times its been done to me!

Try Herbert pd 5 blocks south of Taursis, I'm there with a loaf of survivors, entrance is 1 block SW of the pd for freerunners.

I did revive both zeds stood at Braggs when I was there. I'll need a couple of hours to te enough AP to sort you out.

No worries. I'd just enter Tarasius and free run to The metcalf and then the hambro, I'm in there at the moment and it's at EHB. We've got an escape route to the NW.

Got bloody lost moving down to Herbert PD! I'm a few blocks away standing at a revive point with some survivers, will make my way over once got some more AP

Took out 3 zeds in hospital.

Only 2 left, one of them on 22 hp. Had to pull back as I was out of ammo and ap but if you strike now we could take it, the zeds have moved onto the factory in a group. 9 outside there right now.

I've got 25AP so enough to probably take out 1 zed or repair and start to rebuild barricades. I think we would need at least a couple more people to take it and hold it for a while, anyone else have AP?

Still restocking on ammo in Herbert Lane PD. I've only found 4 pistol clips and a shotgun shell so far - seriously low search rates.

Well, ackland mall has 3 squatters in both east quads and 2 in each west quad. Doesn't seem to be a lot of zeds around here though besides. I reckon we could get ourselves a mall if we wanted.

Don't forget, we went up to Bale Mall before and everyone here decided it was too boring.

You guys have to make up your minds - do you want somewhere safe, where you're not really at risk of dying every day, or somewhere with lots of zeds to kill so you can get XP and new skills?

I'm hoping ackland can provide us with a base for easy supplies and then we can foray down to support tarasius hospital. I'm just sick of searching pd's for ages when malls are so much better for supplies.

The area we're in right now is a little intense. As for tips... what class are you? Get a fire axe for melee attacks (from a fire station, warehouse, or factory), a flak jacket for protection from PKers (Police station), and guns if you have the skills for them.

You can gain XP either from dealing damage, healing people with FAKs, or tagging zeds with the DNA extractor.

Try to make sure you don't run out of AP outside, as that's a good way to get eaten.

If you do get killed and rise as a zombie, find a local cemetery or church, or some other designated revive point. Use the map to find out what's in your area: http://map.aypok.co.uk/index.php
Use the Revive Request Manager when you get killed to request a revive: http://ud-malton.info/revive.php

Many tips:

free running is the first skill you'll need. Without it you can only enter buildings that are "very strongly barricaded" or less. with it you can traverse from building to building, giving you access to heavily caded buildings.

get a fireaxe (search a firestation) and hand to hand combat skill to give you a way to earn xp.

Chose medic... hopefully a good choice.
Currently holed up in Odo General Hospital in Penny Heights, with about 12 others.
Managed to find myself an axe, nothing else just yet, out of action points already (they don't last long do they!).

Few questions:

When do AP's replenish?
What's a zed?
What's a DNA extractor?
How do you heal someone... or for that matter, know when they need healing?
How do I shoot a zombie?

Think that's it, I assume I can find all this out in 1 convenient place too?
