urgent raid question

hi i have managed to get my hand on 2 raptors 150gb the drives are indentical bar the model numbers one is WD1500ADFS and the other WD1500ADFD will this still work in raid or no?

im im finishng my i7 build tommrow so ill find out , just i thought the drives had to be 100% identical which there are bar the model number
