I would have started to indicate left as I was level with the "T" of "THEM" on your map OP.
I really don't think it'd help the issue at that point.
I'd do this and this is what you should do afaik. As said though it's not going to stop people assuming you're turning left without indicating.I would have started to indicate left as I was level with the "T" of "THEM" on your map OP.
thats just idiotic - what really ginds my gears is people that just don't indicate at all when turning left on a roundabout you have to assume they are heading straight on - grr!
they're muppets, ignore them
B@
you are going straight on..no indication is required at any point on that roundabout
people should be giving way to traffic coming from the right..the only beef they could possibly have is people turning left and not indicating, thus not giving them a chance to get out at an earlier opportunity
they are retards and could have no complaints if they pulled out and you rammed straight into the side of them
Odd, I've never experienced this. Most people seem to know to give way to traffic already on the roundabout, indicating or not.
The way I see it you have two options
1. Get a 4x4 with bull bars and crash into them, wouldnt it be their fault insurance wise?
2. Just carry more speed into and round the roundabout. I used to see this fairly regually but after I started entering roundabouts with a bit more speed I don't get people pulling out in front of me very often at all. If they do then they tend to accelerate hard so I don't need to slow down. My theory is that people look to see if anyone is coming round the roundabout but misjudge the speed, if you are going that bit faster then what they are used to then they don't tend to pull out, or if they do they acknowledge the mistake and accelerate quickly out of the way. Only do this if safe to do so.
