I have a 22" Samsung Syncmaster 226BW monitor which I use at work. But I'm considering taking it home and using it for my PS3. I don't get exclusive use of my home TV enough and want to ensure that GTAIV has my complete, uninterrupted attention when it's released late next month
Anyway, I think a HDMI to DVI cable should do the trick as I'm fairly certain my monitor is HDCP compliant. Can I use the audio from the standard composite cable which comes with the PS3 and connect the red and white to my hifi though - will this work alongside the HDMI to provide sound?
