Using the word Gatekeeping?

PS: I hate all this crap. I wish twitter and social media would just die, it is poison. Idiots used to get laughed at and told to shut up. Now they congregate in their thousands on twatterfy or whatever the most recent thing is.

As the self-appointed gatekeeper for gatekeeping, I declare that it's unacceptable to show a canine gatekeeper with only 1 head. That's clearly racism, religious intolerance and cultural appropriation! The correct number of heads is 3!

Off on a tangent...although it's not clear (like a lot of etymology), there's some reason to think that the name "Cerberus" roughly translates to "Spot". The giant 3-headed dog so powerful that it guards the entrance to the land of the dead...Spot. So yeah, nice doggy!

It's a derogatory term for a "white" person (almost always a man) who the person using the word disagrees with or considers insufficiently subservient in some way. Just another noise made by irrationally prejudiced people. I guess they've decided that "cracker" and "honky" haven't really worked well and "wypopo" is too silly to work. "Gammon" has added victim-blaming and is more specifically targetted at a lower status group, so it's more likely to be more successful.
 
It's a little more specific than that. More a middle aged, ruddy faced, white man who reads the Sun and / or the Mail and believes everything he reads therein. Gets blustery and irritated by younger people generally but mostly by those pesky immigrants who are taking our jobs and bringing the neighbourhood down etc. Ideally he'd like to retire to Spain.

Thanks for that concise summary of the added victim blaming I referred to. Select target on basis of "race"/sex/whatever, throw in negative stereotypes et voila! It's their fault.
