Utorrent 1.7 heads up

Did a quick search and couldn't find anything, so if its a re-post apologies.

Just to let you know Utorrent 1.7 is out, said something about Full Vista Support as well in the blurb that came up when i started mine up (didnt bother reading it properly).

Aint touching it since the maker has sold out to the movie and music ppl. So duno how secure it is or if any spyware etc is in.

Mine updated itself today - seems to be working fine. :cool:

Not really noticed any new features yet tho.

Oh, and use peerguardian if yer worried about things like that.

Is there any point in upgrading? What are the benefits. I am still using 1.6.1 here.

edit - I see the changelog but what are the killer reasons to upgrade, or are they all minor tweaks and fixes.

If it aint broke dont fix it, so its fine and never failed me yet so ill keep to this version. Oh an i do use p2g but still.

BitTorrent(.com) bought it, who are owned by, I think, the MPAA.

Had 1.7 installed for a few hours now, but tempted to rollback to 1.6.1 after reading some posts in here. :eek:
