I'm sure if Ferrari want Rossi there wont be a problem with him getting the
Licence.

He'll be too old to beat that record, he even admitted it once that that is the only record that appears to be out of reach.

Rosi tried this before. I am sure he is there just for the fun of it. He might be good two wheels but 4 wheel is a totally different race.

He has done well in the few Rally's that he's done, also only a few seconds of from Schumacher in a Ferrari test. so I think we can say he's good on two or four wheels.
