I've hardly restarted and I'm already a bit bored. Windrose is way better

It's not gameplay, but I enjoyed the song and video - though I do like a good AMV. I really like the animated videos they've done for valheim, I'd love it if they managed to make an animated series out of it.

I started a new playthrough on a private server and I'm in the Ashlands with silver knife, Skoll and hatti, a demolisher and medium askvin armour lvl 1. I have not farmed any flametal. There are some people in the deep north fighting the final boss on this server.

However I tweaked my mouse from 250dpi to 800dpi and in the process was fixing the input sensitivity on some games and I got back into darktide. My razer was disconnecting with 250 dpi for some reason but its happier with 800dpi. Razer support suck though.

You can buy bigger pockets form haldor the trader when u defeat certain bosses. Also I heard of a mod which just dumps stuff from your inventory and allows you to craft with materials stored in chests.

Started playing on my existing world. Deep North parts where I had uncovered just by passing using a boat seems to not have regenerated for miles inwards. Managed to find one where I had not been remotely close and opening the gates of one of the dungeons has released the mobs found inside. Also for the grappling hook, I cant find the hook in the infested mines despite going to many of the unexplored mistlands on my seed. I cant be bothered to start on a new world again so will just grind out for a bit more .

Using these mods. The equipmentandquickslots is very useful. Best thing is it re-equips everything automatically when you pick up your death marker.

I kinda got burnt out in the Ashlands. I would like to defeat more askvins to get the medium armour leveled up but its very dicey with the Charred Swordsmen. First time I got to Ashlands I had carapace armour and upgraded to flametal armour. I was running a knife/ two handed hammer build but the other people on the server just beelined to the Deep North and I needed to consolidate in the mistlands for items such as the grappling hook so could not follow them. They left the server now.

I've found to make it a nice playing experience I really need these mods to make it enjoyable again:

Plant Easily
Equipment and quick slots
craft from containers
Dude where's my portal
proper portals
Drop more loot

Its just really really good then - yes 'easier' - but also makes it more bearable when mining endlessly for wood and other resources as you get 3x more per drop, in which case I dont mind going on resource runs as I can stock up fairly easy then rather than literally 3 hours for the same amount
