Yeah, but it’s not a flavour is it? It might taste but it’s not nicotine flavour. You can knock up an eliquid with nic + PG and VG and forget the flavouring but I cant see it’s going to taste very good. That will give you the peppery taste, but as it’s still vaporised it will still produce vapour. You can make it a really high PG liquid and stealth vape it which will reduce the vapour but it will be bloody awful.

In the tank yes, but I mean those that are brown-tinted in the bottle.
As far as colouring goes, I believe coloured liquid is now illegal in the UK anyway, so we shouldn't be seeing them on shelves...

You can DIY with zero VG and just vape pure PG with nic and/or flavour, but it will still have a smell of some kind.

I allow 4 people to vape in my house and if there was a smell I wouldn't allow it.

The people in my house say they can't smell my vape, but it definitely has one...!!

E-liquid without flavouring is fine, the VG has a sweet taste to it. High PG liquids are a thing now salt nic is readily available. It's freebase nicotine with benzoid acid in, reducing the PH of the nicotine so you can have higher strength liquids (54mg plus) without the throat hit.

Adding food colouring to a liquid is illegal, yes. But as I mentioned previously, certain concentrates have a colour to them as part of the manufacturing process, so naturally your e-liquid will have a colour to it.
