The only snag - you'll probably be sued by the ***** and sent to jail as well as paying them your lifetime income, for failing to get a signed disclaimer that the car may be electrified (or violating their human rights to touch your car, etc)

fair point, its a ridiculous world we live in, anyways iv gone for the Panasonic 420 TVL CCD, Colour Bullet Camera with 10 Metres IR Nightvision, connect it via composite to that aweful compro tv card Iv got lying around, finally put it to some use I guess

If you already have a Digi camcorder then it's best to use that as it will have much better picture quality resulting in a better identification. Just hook it up to your PC via Firewire and record.

We had a similar problem in our uni house... A guy stayed outside and watched our house for hours at a time, so we set up a web cam to record motion, he soon stopped :confused:

Never worked it out though.

Place has gone 13 years without a refit though, now it's been totally ripped out and rebuilt, mucho shiney kit in there now.
