Vario II October?

Just called T-Mobile to enquire about the Vario II. Apparently its not going to be called the Vario II when its released on T-mobile. The direct sales guy stated it was an updated version of the Vario and would be released in October :eek:

I don't know how true this is. I thought I'd mention it as I know people on this board are holding out for it.

T-Mobile Germany have it due for July I believe and that was the latest I was prepared to wait. But October is far too long a wait.

Thats a shame, have been waiting for this. All I was is a 3G phone with W'nW, might have to be the W950i now, but no dought it will take ages for t-mobile to get that too.

Might aswell get an XDA Mini S from o2 for nowt then, don't think there's anything else out soon, the o2 torio will probably be out Sept/Oct too.

Yes you can add web n walk at anytime during your contract.

I'm still holding on for the vario 2, if O2 get their version out first then I'll get that.
There's no rush.
