I really hope so, and that's its all handled at the driver layer because you can't rely on PC games developers to do it.
It’s actually coming in a somewhat generic way already with the OpenXR toolkit - that added fixed foveated rendering support already and will be adding support for dynamic tracked foveated rendering in the next release for the aero and the G2 omnicept.
Only catch is that it’s OpenXR only, although a lot of games now can be switched to OpenXR using opencompositeACC.
