Nope, the LM mozzarella burgers are actually ace (as far as fakemeats go), better than bargain basement meat burgers.
This is where life is wrong. Can you imagine giving a real sausage to a vegan, letting them eat it and then telling them it's pork? They'd hit the roof. But the other way round is fine, they can stuff their vegan rubbish down us meateaters throats and nobody cares.
I can imagine the Daily Mail headline now. VEGAN TRICKED INTO EATING MEAT. It's never the other way round MEATEATER TRICKED INTO EATING QUORN.
*sigh*
Very grown up. "Let's beat someone for chosing to eat something different to me. Grrr how dare they."
Oh I do apologise, it was so obvious! It was tongue in cheek, if you were up to speed with current affairs, which you are obviously not.
Top 5 for me...
LM Mozzarella Burgers
Quorn Southern Fried Bites for a snack
Iceland No Bull Jalapeño Burgers
Iceland No Chick Strips fried in paprika n spices and put in a salad wrap
Waitrose NOCHICKEN Chunks fried then used in a curry.
Have you tried morrisons meat free chicken kievs? They are great !
These meat free subs are making it much easier to be vegetarian.
I can t handle full vegan but I did Jan vegetarian and it wasn't difficult
they can stuff their vegan rubbish down us meateaters throats and nobody cares.
I'd wager that they're still better than those Richmond things.
Try the BBQ "pulled pork" style as well.
I see quite a rise in jack fruit being used as a meat substitute but I don't think it's a good choice but it's not even to do with the texture/taste. As it's a fruit it has very little protein and a lot of sugar, if you used it pure meat substitute your diet would be a bit unbalanced.
