Vertex 3 RAID0

RAID will disable TRIM support, so the speed of the drives will go down as time goes on, and you will have to leave the computer inactive for a little while (as in it's on and in windows but you're not doing anything) for the drives to clean themselves up and go back to full performance.

Also I don't believe RAID increases the read speed of games due to the data type. And lastly if games is your focus then get a crucial m4 as it has the fastest read in games and is cheaper.

Thank. Think I'll just bite the bullet at get the 256GB M4. Will mean I'll be using the older, slower Vertex 2e for windows, but it's by no means slow.

RAID 0 is fine. The only downside I found was having the RAID menu pop up at post. TRIM doesn't matter if you use OCZ drives as they have garbage collection which is pretty much the same thing.
