Has OCUK become a massive scam? I ordered a full 5090 system, it arrived well packaged etc, I plugged it in ... nothing the GPU doesn't work constantly flickers and then no signal, I can only use the IGPU, I checked all cables etc but still nothing tried 3 different monitors and several different cables. Again nothing. I tried to do a parts return form to be greeted with a Error 404. Phones are saying they're closed constantly and heard they don't reply for weeks on tickets.

It was a pre built system, I've checked all cables re seated the GPU. Still nothing ive tried 3 monitors tried all different D-ports they either don't provide and image or flicker. I can only boot up using the IGPU and the GPU is there but shows no details and in device manager showing " code 43 "

Unfortunately youve probably hit the jackpot on bad luck as youve had a problem on likely their busiest weeks of the year.

If you have sent a ticket you will get sorted out, as frustrating as any delay may be.

No, it's not a scam that you received the system you ordered, but rather that something isn't working.

Given the number of systems they sell and the natural failure rate of components, not to mention damage in transit, it will happen on a weekly, if not daily, basis.

I get that, but now I have to send it all back " when " I get a reply I mean I can't even create a parts return form, they'll most likely test it and say there's nothing wrong with it and send it back, that's what I've gathered from 90% of reviews I have read especially on Facebook and Google

I had an RMA response within 90 minutes on Saturday. Pretty damn good I'd say.
I sent one first thing this morning, says 48 hours to 10 days. Only worry I have is if it takes to long they might turn around and tell me it's mine now you can't refund it.

The website comes up with a banner straight away at the top of the homepage as below. I think this has been the case for a while though? Going forward, will OCUK remain uncontactable by phone for customer service?

"Phone Lines Unavailable

Yeah I have seen that, but it does say something somewhere that they shut them down because of the black Friday sales, it's been a while since black Friday.

I would think this is just for christmas, as i phone them recently when i purchased a B Grade Case. They will be really busy at the moment, and i cant image them scaling up staff for just this period. although would be a annoying getting a new PC and GPU not working.

Been less than a day and you've already convinced yourself they're going to scam you and now mentioned a competitor, gg
