Very dissapointed

I can only boot up using the IGPU and the GPU is there but shows no details and in device manager showing " code 43 "
You do have Nvidia drivers installed?

If i remember correctly, if no drivers are installed you get no info about the GPU in device manager. You should still be able to get a display, probably at a low resolution though.

Busy I guess but when you get put on to an Error 404 page when trying to fill out a PART RETURNS ENQUIRY doesn't sit well either.

They will get back to you, don't worry OCUK is probably the best place you purchased a prebuilt and finding you have issues. Just give them time to reply and they will resolve your issues. Also reading reviews on social media by people that damage their computers and complain on social media and not contact the retailer tells you enough about them. Social media has become a cesspit of rubbish not even related to facts anymore.

Did the prebuilt come with a monitor and cables to connect it to the monitor ? Also what connection are you using DP or HDMI ?

If it is a monitor you owned and cables , maybe check the monitor firmware is updated and using the correct spec cables DP or HDMI. Or try other cables too.

Check the following:

  1. ✅ PSU wattage + native 12VHPWR cable confirmed
  2. ✅ GPU fully seated in top PCIe slot (no riser)
  3. ✅ Motherboard BIOS updated
  4. ✅ DDU wipe + fresh NVIDIA driver install
  5. ❌ Still Code 43 → RMA the GPU

Tried it, I installed them shut PC down changed cables over tried to load back up, I heard the PC boot as the sound came on the sign in screen, but just had grey to black flickering with the odd multicoloured artifacts

is the video cable your using rated for the resolution and hte refresh rate [so the bandwidth total] of the screen your using?
ive had issues with cables in the past and it was solved by getting a cable rated for the job at hand
unlikely but worth checking

As a new customer with a complaint about a very expensive purchase, I too would be a little concerned about the phone lines being down without much in the way of reason why.

Not sure I'd come on to the forum slinging accusations mind, but I do have a bit of sympathy for the OP given the circumstance.

Yeah one of the first things I looked at, all are in spec for the refresh rate etc.

I would think this is just for christmas, as i phone them recently when i purchased a B Grade Case. They will be really busy at the moment, and i cant image them scaling up staff for just this period. although would be a annoying getting a new PC and GPU not working.
I don't think closing your phone lines in the run up to Christmas would be in any way acceptable. It must be very annoying to receive an expensive item which is faulty and have no way of making contact other than waiting for them to answer a ticket.

yeah i did think probably already checked but was at least worth asking
also if anyone searches this same problem in years to come they might see my comment and it *may one day be helpfull to someone
sorry i cant personally be of more help in this scenario
but i can add that i have bought a lot of stuff from ocuk recently and they have been fine to buy from. not had to rma anything with them
but ive not had any problems with them

I am sure they will contact you soon. Perhaps check the GPU power cable connection at the psu

Post some pics of the inside of the pc and I would be tempted to check the PSU cable at the PSU end as well.
I have packed it all away now to await a response for an RMA, also I checked the cable both ends. I did before I packed it away test my 3080 in the system, it booted to windows buuut it kept flickering black. So tells me most likely not the GPU but I have no way of testing that in another system.

That sounds like a driver issue or cable/monitor problem.

Did it flicker using the igpu ?
