I thought youtube only makes their money through ads, never realised there was a subscriptions?
I's say your website is doomed to failure, you don't even know how youtube works. How much research have you actully done, you don't sound clued up at all. Can you even program or are you going to have to get someone else to do that for you as well?
To be honest thats actually true it could be a failure or it could be not.. I am aware it is a risk, however the only way to find out is actually making the effort to get it up and running and hope for the best!
I wouldn't say a lot of research, the internet is too big to seach for everything but id say maybe several weeks of research and planning things out on what i want on my website? and looking at some others, asking peoples opinions, and emailing companies etc.. Just to get the idea of how big of a project this could be?
I know a bit of programming but just to be safe il probably pay someone to set it up for me.
now that would be telling.. i have my ideas and i hope it will work out and if not then il think of something else.. like i said im just a student and want* to be able to start up a business where i can take control of? I certainly will work hard for it and invest with my own money to my ideas. I like to do things my way if you know what i mean?
