I love having stupidly hot sauces with food i cook for the pain/endorphin rush. I cant imagine changing from a tikka marsala though when ordering from my local. Do vindaloos and phaals actually taste good or are they just meat in a raging hot tomato sauce?

Bradford Asian Festival in 2003 was the best one. Went to their curry tent and they were offering mix-and-match, so I filled my plate with 5 or 6 different servings. The ring of fire on the following day was immense.
