I think they mean technophobes on number 1.
Number 2 makes me laugh - all my cd's have been knicked, call the cops. Don't worry they may turn up soon.
3 and 4 seem reasonable by the amount of 'I can't use my transfer software program' threads.
I don't get number 5 - surely we all sit in front of our computer for weeks on end.
Who thinks they collect your cd's, put them to the side, get their own out that they've downloaded over the years and then fill your MP3 player?
And even though we have 3 IPOD's in the house I hate the term IPOD used when it obviously means MP3 player.
