If you're ChrisFD2 then yes I did.
Yeah that's me. It took nearly 4 months IIRC to get them to fix it. It took numerous engineer visits and for them to plug their own testing kit in to see the speed wasn't where it should be. It's fixed now though and I haven't had an issue with it since.

Mine was fine and now its stuck at 85mbs like yours. Looks like its going to be a struggle from reading your VM thread.
Maybe bump the thread and mention you're experiencing the same, the fault reference was I was given was F010827312 and the complaint reference was C-190723813.
I don't think I got any traction until I opened a formal complaint and then as mentioned in the PM also raised it to the ombudsman via https://www.commsombudsman.org/raise-dispute

Used to have it when I was on a 100 odd so connection ages ago. It any more since upgrade to 350 and above (now on 1gig)

been out today. replaced the hub 5, cleaned the optic cable and checked all cables.. and to be honest its WORSE..
so coming out tomorrow I have shown them your case etc..
That sounds more like a problem with the DOCSIS signalling than it does any sort of throttling, to be honest.
AFAIK vm haven’t throttled or shaped connections for years now.
It’s just a major pain in the arse dealing with VM.
