No problems here, had Virgin for a while now. Had the odd problem, nothing a whinge down the phone cant fix though. Can't remember the last time i've D/C

Currently have TV M, an extra v+ box in my bedroom with v+ enabled, 10mb broadband and unlimited phone for £34.

Quite happy with it at the moment.

For me VM 10Mb cable broadband has been rock solid, no complaints here.

I want to sing my praises to VM. I've been in the 10Mb upgrade and this morning I had 500 kbps download rates for a 25 MB file. I haven't paid anymore for this increase and that's good. My BT line was stuck on 1Mb and was really flaky. They won't route the lines to the new cabinet witch is much closer to the house.

I have been with virgin/telewest for about 8 years (maybe longer) and the service is fantastic. There have been the odd occasions where the system was down but i would say its been less than a couple of days a year..

20mb is good/ 50mb is awesome
