Not sure if anyone else has ever come across these guys but I have to say this is just something else!

A team of 9 virtual pilots who fly the 2008 Red Arrows sequence all in the virtual world. It is mighty impressive!

Warning, geeky post!

I don't rate them. We had to withdraw from exhibiting at an event for one of them to do a display. He needed exclusive use of the event internet to attempt a display that could easily of been pre recorded. He crashed anyway. Serves him right for wearing gardening gloves whilst doing it!

This is the gayest thing ive seen since i looked in the mirror.

I love games and gaming but flight simulators make me fall asleep.

When i was at Uni i lived with an american guy that flew a 747 from Heathrow to LAX. in real time "virtually"....on some ****** MS flightsim.. The saddest thing i ever have experienced in my life.

That video in the OP is terrible, good 'product' if you can call it that, terrible presentation. Skipped to 7 minutes and the planes are still on the ground.. zzzzz :eek:

It's not that they're not good at what they do, but it's a huge waste when you consider that they're all probably more than capable of flying real aeroplanes, instead of making 40 minute videos of themselves playing video games.

I think you'll probably find that most armchair pilots are those who can't fly in the real world either due to lack of brains, lack of health or maybe both.
