So really it is hit or miss

What a mess VM is creating especially with so many leaving

Think their head chimp needs to come up with a better business plan myself lol

They're not going to be the only cable co for much longer

And they seem hellbent on alienating current subscribers one way or another

Sureley this is in contraventuon of the contract between VM and their customer?

I would say so too, I argued the matter for hours on end only to be charged £10 for the call at the end of the month. Only downside at the moment is we cannot afford to get a BT line in & sorted else we would be off VM now

I get 20mb everyday until I download more than about 5gb then it goes to 5mb. Then at 9am it goes back to 20mb.

I downloaded just over 3GB at around 10:30am and got traffic managed so it seems the 6GB limit at these times is rubbish.

Same here. I had some heavy downloads on in the night and stopped them at 10 today.

Then I just tried to download a 400mb file and I am traffic managed.
