I disagree VM are one of the best TBH very rare I have issues if ya do phone em tell them how long ya have lost services for they normally refund or knock it off the next bill

I found £10 credit is a pretty standard affair. Often need prompting though.

Ebay and Sky Go inaccessible to me. Yeah, if you call Virgin (when you can get through) they will refund you the few pence it works out at for being offline.

edit: All good now. Virgin are generally good. My 100Mb down/10Mb up pretty much always gives me the maximum.

it's not proxy related - as far as I know VM don't use proxies anymore like in the ntl days?

Yeah I thought all that stuff died out years ago but you never know... BTOpenWound was one offender back in the day.

Should only get limited if you are on < 50Mb and have downloaded x amount between 4-9.
