Vodafone Thoughts?

Have been on contract with Vodafone since October 2009. I've personally had no trouble with them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Yes the whole Internet charging for going over the limit was poorly done by Vodafone but it never affected me.

The Sure Signal is the only good thing that would make me stay come the end of my contract to be honest.

Same. Vodafone seem to be the only network with a signal enhancer, something I need living in the basement. Until another network releases their own one I'm staying with Vodafone.

The Vodafone customer services people are helpful but incompetent. Maybe they just lie to keep you happy. The amount of times they've said they'd do something and it takes twice as long or never happens at all is far too often.

I find their signal is generally pretty good, but I guess it depends on your location.

The wife and I are swapping to them soon from Orange. We get no signal at home and i get none at work. Well thats a lie, if you find the right spot you get a couple of bars but then the phone rings and you pick it up and away it goes again. i know that Voda have a good signal in the area so thats where we are going.
