yes i did get that aligator wresteled. i think the psu is gonna go fine but i want to heatshrink all he wires white and then put the sleeving on over that, also want to get the mesh kit because i wan to feed the 24 pin psu wires through the front before i connect the wires to the connector

yea i was wondering weather to post that idea or not because i wasnt sure if people would understand, but this case wont aken apart very much once it is together because it will be the htpc. ill try to get a few pics of my idea up asap

Tried to do some sleeving on the psu today, spent about two hours trying and didnt manage to get one pin removed from the pci cord. I am going to put neon blue heatshrink over the cables to make the sleeving look brighter......i will let the pictures speak for themselves

Sucessfully voided my warranty

and sucessfully brom my pin remover, i couldnt get those things out not even with staples, i think that these Corsair connectors are longer and have a more recessed inside

yea i dont know wha the deal is it just seemed that the pins were longer than normal, ive heard of other people breaking thier tools on this psu as well

P.S. I finally got the pins out by using staples then jamming what was left of my mdpc tool behind them!

im going to finish the psu this weekend, and should get the rest of the parts next week and install everything, but will have a lot of minor mods to deal with after that like getting the last row of the 24 pin connector to loop from the bottom of the case over the front button/connection panel to the mobo. also the blu-ray drive will get a new front plate with the voodoo logo and leds. and many leds to replace.

heres a few more G-Dubs, not perfect, (couple of heatshrinks were not cut the same length(had my wife cutting them) and was in a rush so i didnt notice) yes it is very addicting i still have to do the modular wires.....needless to say the wife has been written up for preformance. So next week i should get mobo, cpu, vga, memory and more sleeving to at least show you what it migh look like in the case. but still far from done guys.

Fianlly got all of the included wires sleeved just need to get some more sleeve to get the modular wires.

here is everything so far minus the heatsink and arches that were painted black, should get mobo, vga, cpu, and ram next week to at least get everything in the case. but far from done

You honestly think the lighting is bad on your pics?, my pics must be truly awful by your standards then lol. I think the photography on this is top notch, got me wishing I could buy a decent camera & mini studio, I am going to make a soft light box with a few daylight bulbs around it though & see how much better I can make my cheapish camera perform, hopefully thats all I need to take better pics, but wow it's going to need to be a pretty big light box lol, I'll make it modular .

Well that is truly great news, I was thinking with the quality of the photos you were using a high end camera, I have a Kodak easyshare z950 so some prep on a photo booth similar to what you have done should produce quality pics, thank you for letting me know, appreciated m8 .
I still need to practice with the camera also, only had it a few months now, my first camera with plenty of manual settings.

yes i also forgot to metion the basics is lighting and tripod, you must get a tripod and fiddle around with your manual camera settings

how did you fix the paint issue ?

sprayed on more coats, and then saned it down to a smooth even surface. After that i washed the pieces with a mild detergent. re-applied a top coats then the blue coats.

lol thats funny because i hurt my back at work and my supervisor said "maybe your not cut out for this work" with that terd eatin grin on his face, i told him to go F himself and i did re-enlist, just in the national guard, still working the same job but go drill twice a month. But the funny thing is we get along much better now! LOL. I will have some testing put togther pics just for you tomorrow

any problems with assembly of the case or was it all ok? wondered if you'd need to sand inside the power and rest button holes after painting as the tolerance of the fit is pretty low

i had a few problems i had to sand the buttons and the insides of the buttons because they wouldnt fit but everything else went quite nicley, i havent touched the gpu yet, im still testing everything. i will probobly run it for a week or so get everything where i want it, then do the video card, sleeve the sata cables and do some mods to the drive bays because all the color is upstairs! i think you know wht i mean.

btw had to cut the back to get the heatsink in

I got her all naked, so I guess you know what that means......no I am not going to make love to her I am going to paint her!!! lol

No it came that way (red and black) i just added some blue to it!!!

I have been and will continue to be working a 7 day work week, 12 hours a day for the next 6 months (samsung expansion), so thats the reason the paint is so bad i just wanted to get done so i could get everything back together so i could play with what little time i have
