In my logic bots used by miners and resellers buy up 90% of all the stock before genuine customers like myself and others get the chance. Which has ultimately meant prices are driven up even more for us.

I don't have a problem with this policy at all I don't have 1k posts either, but I don't be-grudge the people getting cards or the methodolgy of this for the above reasons.

I did read the opening post and just thought i would give my opinion. If you want to look after the OCUK members in today's world you will always be open to critisism but basing this primarily on forum post count just seems a bit of a let down for those returning customers to OCUK over the years who either have low comment counts or no forum access. What I am trying to say in around about way is you may **** off your loyal customers to a point they dont feel "looked after" and go elsewhere. Just trying to help :)
 
I'm pretty sure @draogos1977 is just mad because he has bots running on OCUK and can't use them when the card is priced at £10k. ;)

I`m not going to say anymore I`m just disgusted at some forum members mentality.

I don't want to criticise this initiative, because I think it's awesome.

But you raise a good point, why haven't more retailers simply offered cards to members with accounts that are x years old first if they are so keen on getting them to gamers.

You could say because they dont give a ramparts battlements about customers/forum members and OCUK do.

i am just a normal user(can have my facebook profile if you wanna convince yourself).Yes i am mad about excluding most of your customers and making this an exclusive deal for a small proportion.I do not want to go in detail about the legal aspects of this practice ,but as someone that works in the field i can tell you this is totally wrong and unethical.

Something like that would work if they could get a workaround on their site yea, or even you have to have at least x amount of orders in the past 2 years or something :)
