I've truly been sat on my pc for a week watching some sites waiting for stock to be avaliable because I downright refuse to pay £900 for one haha. I was so excited to see some stock go live, I was confused by some listings being £10,000 but I just assumed it was a placeholder. Anyway, when found the sapphire rx 6700 xt in stock I added it to basket and sprinted to checkout like a fat kid running after the icecream man. The site appeared to load a bit odd, so I see what you mean about potentially being an error but I did not suspect foulplay, just heavy traffic killing the site. My order went through, finally paid, got various confirmation emails, now to my great dismay my order was cancelled at 12.30am ish. Gutted to say the least!

P.s. I wont lie I was sort of looking forward to the mini haribo bag if covid hasn't finished that off also

apologies yours got cancelled. Keep an eye on the forum next week for some new opportunities.

any idea when on monday will go up ? as I will be at work most of the day and mentioned it wont be on MM so wont get alerted , I was after the 3080 but as thats not gonna be happening Im interested in the 3060Ti

As they've said, on Monday there'll be a public forum release. That'll probably get abused, but it's a chance. Then they hope to find a middle ground of privacy to avoid bots, but open enough to allow for real forum goers.

on Monday morning pop into the pc parts section and click "watch forum" and set it to email / notify on new threads. You'll get some spam from other sales, but at least you'll get some notification :)

The MM restriction is already in place so it's easy to implement.

Forum members who don't have MM access will able to use the public voucher system.
 
My order cancellation email is timed at 0055hrs. I do hope Gibbo and Scotti got SOME sleep last night! I completely understand the rather drastic nature of the post-oops cleanup, as much as I was looking forward to upgrading my 6 year old rig.

Going to console myself with a Gen 3 Hayabusa instead! :cool:
 
@Gibbo I always wondered where the Members Market was as I couldn't see it, now I finally know. Shame because I'm never likely to get to 1000 posts, there just aren't enough hours in a day.

Been looking for a GPU to replace my RX580 since around November last year. At least now I can scrub OC UK off the list of sites to check if I know I'm not going to get a look in on these codes. I'm getting to the point of getting out of PC gaming to be honest, it's just got daft.
