Will not allow me to buy it........Often these types of sales do not seem to work for me, web or Meta app. I just get the "feature not available".....meaning the offer is not for me.

try it through the app instead. i cant buy anything trhough the web, last time i raised it Meta fobbed me off..

the chaps tried it multiplayer but didnt rate it much not sure why but may be worth organising a play date maybe

That would have been good BUT I have solved the issue, hopefully for good.
I removed my Facebook account from the Meta one.
I have just bought it and it finally worked.
Otherwise....

Hopefully this could help someone else, as I have noted that problem being posted previously.
Yup, just bought Vail that I posted above.
This issue was reported here and that is where I found the solution that worked for me...

For me it had been going on for a while, not being able to buy sale type games mainly. I got to the point of chatting online to Meta, they could not resolve it BUT they give me £30 compensation for not being able to buy the games I wanted. They told me they thought the issue was just due to the offer not being for me, even tho "The Last Worker" shows at that price, no code needed.
It seems having a Facebook and Meta account associated with the headset can potentially cause issues.
At times I do wonder at some aspects of Meta support.
At least the Google search and Reddit posts sorted it for me.
