So your phone app only works for you..?

yup i can basically only buy through my phone now for the last 6months or so.

i shouldnt have anything associated with my account as best i can tell so far and i rechecked. i did find the cloud back up option which i thought was interesting.

The Last Worker, was £1 cheaper than you advertised for me

i really wonder what they are playing at :/ its like they dont want me on the platform.. ive been looking to move to PC but seems even the PC stores arent as rich as they used to be

I followed this guide to see if my Facebook account was associated with the Meta one, it was. I just removed it and then tried to buy again from the Web, it worked.

But, yes...... Meta do seem to have some support issues, in my experience.

try it through the app instead. i cant buy anything trhough the web, last time i raised it Meta fobbed me off..
i have exact same issue for last 4+ months

Thanks. It worked through the app, though I found it much more cumbersome doing it that way (and I dislike mobile apps in general anyway ).
