ah appologies keyboard and age...
all titles are steam PC

they were extra titles from the humble bundle : https://www.humblebundle.com/games/...rees_tile_index_1_c_uploadvrsummer2025_bundle

Ah, thanks.

I did buy that bundle, great deal and good content.

It was the Meta one that intrigued me, only for the standalone aspect of not needing the PCVR to run it. Not a big issue at all.
I can't see the Meta version dropping to be a similar price as the PCVR one....!

Now that I have a 512GB Q3 up and going, it is good to have some decent storage.

im sort of inthe process of moving away from the meta eco system

It has its usefulness in situations like, for us, when we are visiting family and decide to take the headset. That is starting to happen.

But I very much appreciate the PCVR aspect of it, knowing that I am not only reliant on Meta.

Without Meta though, I'm not sure if we would have bought into VR headsets

very true Vimes, with out culas and Metas reach and finaces VR wouldnt have taken off the way it has/did.
but it doesnt seem like a priority for them, its also not getting the polish it needs. the debocal pre-xmas is prime example of how to alienate people, that was a silly move, and they should have been able to defer the update for a few weeks.
i certainly do enjoy the standalon aspect of Quest 3 its my main way to use it with the peep here

I'm gonna be testing my drone with my VR when I get back from holiday, what could possibly go wrong...
that sounds awesome.
I'm intrigued by how that works. Is the camera on a pivot, or does the whole drone roatate with your headset view direction?

At least by it not being their primary business, as such, it has allowed them to continue to invest for a number of generational improvements to the hardware offered over time.
However, focus and delivery seems a little hit and miss.

Somewhat reminds me of Epic, funded by Fortnite, trying to push and invest into their EGS.
