With glasses i've been a bit paranoid about them slipping and then touching/scratching the VR lenses. Ive used some glasses straps which you can tighten to prevent this.

I use normal glasses with quest 2 without issue. As long as frames aren’t massive and can fit inside the opening it’s no issue at all.

as i mentioned at the begining.. i tested my frames on my mates quest 2 and they DO NOT fit

Best solution is prescription lenses then. But choose the headset you're going to use for a while as generally they aren't compatible between headsets with a few exceptions.

Unfortunately, you have two simple choices. When you next get glasses, get smaller frames or abandon the idea of VR with the frame sizes you currently have.
