Today on the way to the gym I put on one trainer from a pair and then realised the other one was all the way upstairs. Noticing my brothers trainers were much closer I kicked off the trainer and put his on. I then noticed that something had fallen out of my trainer when I kicked it off, closer inspection identified it as a huge spider curled up, slightly squashed and very dead.

That'll teach 'im.

It was about 3/4 the size of my palm! I'm not really scared of spiders just hate the idea that it`s been crawling on me all day!
