Wacom is back!

To be honest, you pay for what you get for; and those high end tablets look really nice and I'm sure any professional in the industry could make great use of them.

I may be interested in the sub-£300 range, will you have continuous stock flowing in once you've sold X amount, or just this one batch?

I think you've got something wrong

Wacom Bamboo Fun Pen and Touch Medium Sized Tablet (CTH-461-EN) @ £89.99 inc VAT

That is a truly awesome price for the medium sized version, maybe it's because the part number appears to be the small version. You've got this wrong in this thread AND on the product's webpage.

If I were you guys I'd be doing some pretty full on testing with those expensive units :D

They look like great fun!

You was correct, the spec's including the dimensions etc were spot on, however I typed medium on both product titles in error.

All fixed now.

Wacom's are incredible. I had an Ultrapad II for years, only had to replace it due to there not being driver support, and my new systems haven't had serial ports ;-)
Now got two Bamboo's and they are just amazing peices of kit. The multi-touch and handwriting recognition in Win 7 with the Bamboo Pen and Touch is really neat. Using them with software like Artrage, ZBrush and Paintshop Pro makes the world of difference. It's like drawing with a pen/pencil, rather than drawing with a bar of soap.
For those who get a Wacom, I can't reccomend Sculptris highly enough for use with one (and it's free currently).

well Acemodder is currently using it to draw boobs

so anything you can do has to be better than that surely :p
