Wall clocks

Most of my g shocks are multiband 5 or 6

Grabs the time from a radio wave once per day to set the time.

Newer ones are done by Bluetooth via phone app.

Because I have adhd and I need a solution that will update gmt etc when ever clocks change.

I struggle with time management so having lots of clocks that manage themselves (apart from batteries!) is a major help
 
I got rid of all wall clocks several years ago when I changed over to Echo shows in the rooms that would have had clocks. much easier and more useful
