I've watched this from the beginning and yeah the first couple of episodes are a bit WTF? but it's all falling into place slowly and I suppose that's the intention, drip feed to keep you coming back.

I have see lots of moaning, mostly about not dropping the series as a whole but I like the weekly episodes, maybe because I'm not a 'young 'un' and have an attention span that lasts more than 5 minutes.

I do get the feeling that the other Westview 'characters' are in some way aware that they're in some form of altered reality, particularly when Agnes and Herb outed Geraldine (Monica) to Vision as Wanda/Westview ejected her back into the real world. In EP4 we also find out that all the characters of Westview are real people, assuming trapped in the bubble. Well almost all, there were real people on the SWORD screen for every character except Dottie, although I may have missed it
 
I watched ep 1 and wasn’t going to continue. Reading some of the comments has made me rethink, I’ll give it a few more eps after I finish watching Your Honor
 
As most of guessed it's getting good :) love the tie with the old movies. Marvel is it's own genre now. Nothing is so interlinked or as good.

Been saying this for a while when people grumble about "more superhero movies". I can totally sympathise when it comes to DC stuff, and the Fox movies. But Marvel are doing something quite different. "Superheroes" is a setting for them, not a genre.
 
I am watching this with my teenage kids. Not normally a Superhero film watcher. For anyone else in the same boat you might need to pause the latest episode a few times to get some back story from those better informed.

There was a suggestion that the pair should do a spin off, where they investigation strange activities within the MCU... a sort of X-Files if you will.
 
Liking that we are now getting a mix of 'old' and new, it's starting to flesh out more now. If it was a mini series you could guess how it'll end but I've have no idea how they'll wrap s1 up.
 
Why don't they know her 'funny nickname'? Is it like the X-men thing? known but not acknowledged, because, reasons!

I don't remember her actually being referred to as her 'funny nickname' in any of the MCU movies. IIRC she's only ever been identified as Wanda Maximof.

Maybe that was the in-joke?

So that's one way of introducing the X-men into the greater MCU, sorta.
I would guess he ran into the anomoly recently else he'd already be a character.
 
Hmm..

So do we think recast qs will have powers or just another cast member.. I mean he's been dead a while and surely she can't bring him back. Or maybe a multiverse thing?

Also the comment Wanda made to vision "I don't know how this started" makes me think there's some other antagonist..
