Making the mental decision to go can be fairly uplifting as you know you aren't going to be there long term. Turn up on time in your uniform and do your job but don't put yourself out once you made the decision as theres no point in doing any extra to move up the ladder or achieve a yearly grading. If you are that unhappy about it, leave mentally now and treat it as a stopgap to the next thing

One of my friends left his cold calling call centre position to work on social media at vodafone. His figures weren't great, he couldn't be bothered but as soon as he made the decision to leave his attitude changed, he started doing better and in his last week of work, he doubled his best week in figures.
