Wardogs

My challenge is that once i've kitted out a gun, got a decent amount of bandages and ammo, my loadout is worth 7k. If i then go on a death streak i suddenly lose 20-30k and it hurts.... haha. All part of the game though!

Really enjoying it so far. A nice change from BF6 and Insurgency Sandstorm for me. I never quite got into Squad or Arma.

You shouldn't be giving up after being killed that often, if you're playing with the team/squad you'll get revived 90% of the time unless you all lose that skirmish.

That and I was generally earning $100k+ per game, meaning even if I was lone wolf sniping, losing $30k wasn't the end of the world.

If you're ever short of cash just grab a car and a load of building supplies, spend one game building a massive FOB and you'll clear around $50k every 30-40 minutes anyway :)

Also the binos/range finder is a cheat code for cash, just whip it out every now and again, spot everything you can and the cash will come rolling in!

Anyone use a Hotas for flying yet?
Have one sitting here doing nothing, this might be a great experience with it.
I have a VKB Gladiator which I bought with the intention of learning DCS but..... noped out of that fast. I think HOTAS support is currently janky asf in Wardogs, based on what I read, but hopefully they improve it throughout early access.

Even that seems incredibly ambitious for me. I cannot dial in the controls at all. Definitely going to spend a few hours at the firing range when the game goes live.
I spent an hour initially in the firing range when i got access before anything else which i highly recommend.
Went back to it again after some hours in game to fine tune everything.
Even still you have to be so careful flying its hard for sure.

I was making 20-30k per game just from spotting, you also get a lot of xp

The money and exp was accelerated during the beta, it will be toned down at release, also progress gets wiped each season with all your progress being converted into gold to buy cosmetics, it's not very clearly communicated so might be disappointing for some players to find this out after buying the game and playing past the 2 hour refund
