Wardogs

Was going to pick this up this week, but after watching loads of streams/videos and following this post, i think im going to give this game a miss.

Dont think it will be for me in the long run which is a bit of a shame as was hoping for another online fps to play apart from bf6.
 
I'm a below average player and I'm still massively enjoying this, which is unusual for online shooters! Sure it's got its issues, what online game doesn't, but I'm generally not experiencing a lot of the complaints people in this thread are. Humvees causing problems? Anti tank mines solve that, or shooting out the tires. Little bird and guy with grenade launcher, shoot him out of the chopper as they have to move pretty slow ti be accurate.

Again, there are cheaters, but it's a lot less of a problem than most other games at this point.
 
Well, I finally managed to buy a copy and I've installed it over night. It took some strength to not stay up playing it :D

I snagged a deal off the MM, somewhat fortunately. I'm going to give it a try today.

I hope I like it :D :D :D
 
Everything has it's counter, although I do think some counters should be maybe made easier to unlock (mainly AP rounds to counter the ridiculous armour).

Those are the two things that have ruined shooters for me in recent years., unemployed sweats and cheaters. That's why I much prefer PvE now and quite excited that Arc Raiders is bringing it in soon.

The unicorn achievement... clean sweep.... but with Lonestar! Team had one massive squad everyone joined with the aim of getting the achievement. They played the hotzone the entire round, i was taking orders for ammo, meds and equipment and flying it in the entire game. Literally had guys giving me a shopping list of things to put in crates to fly in, then when the crates dropped they were like piranhas emptying it

I cant kill anyone in this game, my lv 2 armour is not good enough.

Resorted to playing support, just building bases and ferrying people/supplies back and forth. Making around £80k+ per match. Id love to be able to get a tank, but I wont ever have the time to put in to earn enough XP. This is the biggest downfall of the game for me, people who only play a couple of hours here and there wont ever be able to get the full experience.

I joined one last night, and no sooner did I spawn in. The round ended.

I filter by lowest player count and join one with <80 players. It always puts me in a game just about to start. Works every time without fail.
 
Played a bit of sniper lastnight solo without squad, got into great spots to pick enemies off and rake in the cash.
