Wardogs

Had so much fun prone on the top of the enemy fob tower tonight. The poor blues didn't have a clue I was there and couldn't work out where my grenades had come from.

Made 78k just off bringing APC in yesterday, kerching!

Damn!

I need to learn about logistics etc, I've been literally just ground pounding as infantry usually medic or sniper role.

Id literally have no idea what I'm doing driving those trucks etc.

I’ve made over 100K+ in some matches doing logistics runs. Driving / piloting makes the most money in the game right now, but it’s dull as dishwater.

Yea how do you do it?

Do you just pick stuff up at safe zone, drop it at FOB, or is there more to it?

Buy a ural truck ( or Kodak until you hit lvl 3 driver rank ) and load it with pallets - truck can carry 2. Then drive to the CZ and ideally offload at a FOB for more cash/XP rewards. Drive back to base without dying and you receive a “round trip” cash/XP reward which increases each trip. Same mechanics are in place for doing heli logistics runs.

Cheers I'll give it a go next game.

Logistics runs are usually pretty boring, but can be fun on one of the maps (cant remember the name) you can let the Ural truck roll down the starting hill in reverse and it goes about 50% faster than if you drive it forwards  Gets you to the zone a lot quicker.

Ahh ok.

So just played a map, did a couple of runs in a Kodiak then unlocked the Ural and was dropping off the logistics pallets.

Whole side of the game I didnt really know about before.

I reckon I will aim towards do that with the chopper.

I can't fly properly in this.... mouse and keyboard feels unnatural and there's a weird bug with my hosas that applies collective and makes flying impossible

Yea the controls seem quite alien to me.

What it should be is tilt on the mouse then yaw/up down on WASD.

I guess you can probably configure it....

Which brings me on to something actually, that I don't like about the game, which is why when the game is a FPS, are you third party in a vehicle?

It makes no sense to me what so ever, it gives tank drivers quite a large advantage as well.

When I was first playing the game I was hiding behind stuff with a tank right next to me, seemed to know I was there ok thinking how the ****/this guy is cheating.

Now I understand third party camera/pan the camera around a bit with free look and bingo. Personally I think that's BS.

I find the sensitivity for yaw bound to keyboard sucks, but the sensitivity for roll bound to keyboard is way too high, so I run roll and pitch on mouse with yaw on keyboard, it works fine for taxi work but sucks for aiming, but if I switch yaw with roll on mouse it's great for rifle style aim, but the flight model is ****** because the roll is too much and I can't seem to find a way to adjust roll/yaw sensitivity for keyboard, while it exists for mouse

I should really get my joystick out but I've read there's issues with HOTAS binds and sensitivity too so shrug

Anyone suffering with ghosting when playing at overkill settings, DLAA? DLSS 4.

Motion blur, DOF, bloom and lense flare all disabled. Still getting a lot of ghosting.

Green = play HZ and win

Blue = Plays drills and makes a bit of a comeback but doesn't get there

Red = potato team

Same **** every single game.

This.

Almost no point trying to join red or blue at the moment sadly, especially annoying as I usually play with a group of 10-15 so it's the only team we can get on.

Rarely we get a good start, run the HZ and can turn the tide, but there's basically ZERO support from the rest of the team.
